Days are getting longer. The sun is higher in the sky. Yes, Spring is springing up all over. but it's that crazy time of the year when one day the temperatures can hit 70, and then the next a snowstorm strikes. While you might be itching to put away your winter clothes, now is probably not the most opportune time. Heated clothing can still take the chill out of the early morning/late evening air.
My ears still get cold during my morning run/walk. The Thermoband Heated Headband with a rechargeable battery keeps my ears and forehead nice and warm. The adjustable hook-and-loop closure gives me a personalized fit. And because it's a headband, the opening on top of my head allows any excess heat or sweat to wick away. Nice! Broad Street Run, here I come!
If I need a bit more head protection, I reach for my ActionHeat 5V Heated Beanie. The hat is stretchy with a comfy fleece lining. The thin carbon fiber panels provide 3 levels of heat right where I want it.
If my hands are cold, I'm not a happy person. Luckily I stumbled across an amazing pair of plush, heated gloves: the Volt 7V Heated Gloves. I charged up the batteries, plugged them in, turned up the heat setting to High, and then proceeded to have everyone in my vicinity touch them to see how warm they get. Soothing warmth, all the way from my wrist to the tips of my fingers. Heavenly!
Puffer vests are versatile pieces of clothing. Heated puffer vests take versatility to a whole another level! The Gerbing Gyde Khione Puffer Vest keeps you toasty warm with 4 levels of heat from which to choose. Or wear the Khione as just a layering piece, for true 3-season utility. Gerbing hasn't forgotten the ladies, either!
Get outside every chance you have to enjoy the sunshine and flowers. Stay Warm, my friends!
